Hilton Lipschitz

Hilton Lipschitz has an extensive work experience in the technology and finance industry. Hilton is currently the Cofounder & CTO of OpenYield, a bond marketplace that aims to simplify retail bond investing. Prior to this, they worked as a Program Manager at Mistico Services LLC, where they contributed to the development of financial trading solutions for global financial institutions. Hilton also served as the CTO of Maritime Capital, LLC, a leading alternative asset manager specializing in municipal bonds. Hilton played a key role in leveraging technology and trading advantages to target inefficiencies in the market. Before that, Hilton founded and led Noverse LLC, an independent software and systems consulting company, where they created commercial iOS apps and web applications. Hilton has also served as the CTO of Agamas Capital Management, LP, where they established business partnerships and built infrastructure and processes for trading various securities. Hilton's experience also includes working as the CTO of Simplex Asset Management, where they traded fixed income and entered into high-frequency trading in government bonds and derivatives. Hilton started their career by founding IndaSoft Pty Ltd, where they developed a corporate risk management system and sold the company to a specialist risk firm. Finally, Hilton founded Indaba Solutions Pty Ltd, an IT consulting practice that focused on systems architecture and project management services for various industries.

Hilton Lipschitz pursued their undergraduate education from 1986 to 1989 at the University of Cape Town. Hilton completed a Bachelor of Business Science (Hons) degree with a focus on Computer Science.
