Victoria Gersh, CPA has over 7 years of professional experience. Victoria began their career in 2013 as a Financial Services Intern at MassMutual Financial Group. In 2014, they became an Assurance Intern at EY, where they were later promoted to Assurance Associate in 2015. In 2017, they moved to Darren Hardy as an Operations Leader. In 2019, Victoria became a Self Employed Certified Public Accountant and Outsourced CFO at The Cash Flow CFO. Victoria then joined Veraset as a Senior People Operations Analyst, where they scaled the company from 12 to 20+ high-performance team members in a matter of 4 months.
