Jeff Mason currently serves as the Guest Services Manager at Opera Philadelphia since July 2021. Previous experience includes roles at Cal Performances as a Patron Services Associate, Yerba Buena Center for the Arts as Visitor Experience Manager and Visitor Services Supervisor, and Berklee College of Music as Associate Director of Special Events. Additionally, Jeff was the General Manager for World Music/CRASHarts and worked as a Subscriptions Associate at Broadway Across America. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Industry from Northeastern University, completed in 2002.
