Douglas Morita

Douglas Morita is an experienced software engineer specializing in frontend and mobile application development. Currently serving as Frontend Team Lead and Senior Android Engineer at Opera since July 2019, Douglas has previously held a key role as a technical lead at SIDI - Samsung Instituto de Desenvolvimento para a Informática from April 2008 to June 2019, where responsibilities included coordinating team efforts on multimedia and telephone applications for Samsung Android devices in Latin America. Douglas began the professional journey with internships at FiberWork, focused on website redesign and coding, and at Embrapa, where skills were developed in web management and conference material design. Douglas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
