Casey Leask

Casey Leask has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Starting at Wine Selectors as a Developer Analyst, Casey then moved to Wave Digital as a Full Stack Developer before becoming an HTML5/CSS3 Contractor at Rodeo Agency. In 2012, Casey joined the Australian Football League as a Lead Front End Developer and then moved to REA Group as a Senior Developer and then Lead Developer. In 2017, Casey joined Cevo Australia as a Technical Craftsperson and then moved to YourGrocer as a Generalist. In 2019, Casey joined Latitude Financial Services as a Senior System Engineer and then Lead Engineer across two teams. In 2021, Casey joined Nutrien Ag Solutions - Australia as a Technical Lead and is currently working at Operata as a Full Stack Engineer.

Casey Leask obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Software from the University of Newcastle between 2004 and 2007. Additionally, they obtained a Functional Programming Principles in Scala certification from Coursera in June 2014 and an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2020.
