Joy Easterling

Joy Easterling is the Founder and President of Sincerely Emotional, an organization established in October 2020 that aims to inspire women to heal from emotional hardships through self-expression, confidence, and love. As a Financial Wellbeing Coach at Operation HOPE since July 2018, Joy engages with clients, conducts financial literacy workshops, and cultivates partnerships with banks to support individuals in achieving strategic performance goals. Prior experience includes significant roles at Bank of America, where Joy served as a Research & Adjustments Representative II and a Relationship Banker, focusing on investigating account discrepancies, processing exceptions, and training staff within the Business Lending Aging Department. Joy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
