Gayle Callahan Rph

Gayle Callahan RPH, Pharm.D, CPH, BCPP is an accomplished pharmacy professional with extensive experience in mental health and substance use disorders. Currently serving as the Director of Pharmacy Services at Operation PAR since January 2005, Gayle is a board-certified consultant psychiatric pharmacist knowledgeable in Joint Commission, CARF, DEA, DOJ, and DCF guidelines. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at PharMerica from December 1996 to October 2004 and working as a Clinical Hospital Pharmacist at United Health Services from 1988 to 1995. Gayle obtained a Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Florida between 2010 and 2013.
