Morgan Sierra

Morgan Sierra has an extensive background in operations and law enforcement, currently serving as the Director of Operations and NC Regional Director for the Operation Red Wings Foundation since August 2018. Prior experience includes a 20-year tenure with the US Army, where Morgan held multiple roles, including Sexual Assault Response Coordinator/Victim Advocate, Military Police, and recruiter. Morgan’s educational background comprises a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration and an Associate of Science in the same field, both obtained from Columbia Southern University.
