Elisabetta Tognazzi has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Elisabetta started their career in 2006 as a Marketing employee at L'Oréal, and later joined Procter & Gamble in 2007, where they served as an Assistant Brand Manager and then as a Global Brand Manager until 2015.
In 2015, Elisabetta transitioned into the non-profit sector and became the Corporate Relations Manager at Cesvi Fondazione Onlus. In this role, they were responsible for developing strategic partnerships with companies and foundations, securing corporate contracts and grants, and ensuring top-quality account care for sponsors. Elisabetta also actively participated as a liaison to corporate partners during volunteer projects and events.
From 2020 to 2022, Elisabetta worked as the Corporate and Major Donors Coordinator at Fondazione IEO-CCM. In this position, they established and managed the High Value Donors area and team, representing the foundation with key stakeholders from companies, foundations, and major donors. Elisabetta brought a strategic and goals-oriented mindset to the role, leveraging their consolidated experience in both the profit and non-profit worlds.
Currently, Elisabetta is the Head of Development - Corporate Partnerships, Foundations, and Major Donors at Operation Smile, a position they started in 2022.
Elisabetta Tognazzi completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Texas McCombs School of Business in 2005, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2014, they obtained an advanced diploma in Fundraising from ISPI School. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2005, they earned a Laurea in Business Communication from Universita' degli studi di Siena, with a focus on Marketing and Communication.
