Arlie Haddix

Arlie Haddix has a diverse work experience. From 2018 to present, Arlie worked at Operation Stand Down Tennessee as the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for directing the planning and operations of the non-profit organization that serves veterans. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2014, Arlie served in the United States Air Force as an Intelligence Group Commander/Deputy Commander, leading a 1.3K-person group in real-time remote surveillance sensor data processing and analysis for combat operations. Arlie also served as a Recruiting Squadron Commander, overseeing military recruiting in eight states. Before joining the Air Force, Arlie worked at USSOCOM as a Program Manager from 2005 to 2009. Arlie's early career includes a role as a Flight Commander in the Air Force from 2000 to 2005, leading a team in intelligence analysis for aircrews and managing information technology and facilities.

Arlie Haddix has a diverse education history. In 2014 to 2016, Arlie attended Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management, where they pursued an Americas MBA. From 1995 to 1998, they studied at Troy State University and obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on National Security Affairs. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1992, Arlie attended the United States Air Force Academy, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science. In 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Technical Certificate in Web Design and Mobile Technology at Columbia State Community College.

In addition to their formal education, Arlie has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2020, they became a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certified by the American Society for Quality (ASQ). In 2021, Arlie obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI and the Veterans at Work certification from the SHRM Foundation.
