Chris Dale is an experienced project and engineering manager with a strong background in the broadcasting and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Operative since April 2019, Chris previously held positions including Managing Director at Caprian Limited, where consultancy services were provided to the Broadcasting Technology sector. With project management expertise demonstrated at Sky and YouView TV Limited, Chris has overseen significant feature enhancements on platforms such as Sky-Q and contributed to the development of advanced hybrid TV solutions. A long tenure at Cisco Systems included leadership roles in engineering management and system integration for pay TV systems, while earlier experience at BBC News & Current Affairs laid a foundation in technical operations. Chris holds a Bachelor's Degree in Modern European Studies with Spanish from the University of West London and GCE 'A' Levels in Mathematics, Physics, and Electronics.
