Monique Covington

Monique Covington is an accomplished professional in people operations with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Global People Operations at Altos Labs since January 2022, Monique also holds the position of Limited Partner at Operator Collective since June 2019, where the focus is on investing in and supporting emerging B2B tech companies. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior People Consultant at Christine Mathews Consulting, Inc. and as VP of Administration (People Operations) at Rocket Lawyer, where Monique was a founding employee responsible for managing global people operations. Earlier, Monique held the role of Human Resources Manager at Acendi Interactive LLC. Academic qualifications include a BS/BA in Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
