Paul Hughes

Paul Hughes serves as the National Medical Director at Operose Health and concurrently holds the position of Chief Medical Advisor and Chair of the Independent Advisory Panel at Drinkaware. Additionally, Paul is a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Lloyds Patriotic Fund, contributing to the support of the Armed Forces community. Previously, Paul was the Executive Medical Director at With You, overseeing strategic planning and leading a clinical team for a significant national charity, and has held leadership roles within the UK Ministry of Defence and other medical organizations. Paul’s academic background includes an MBBS from St Thomas's Hospital Medical School and an MBA from the University of Plymouth, complemented by various professional qualifications in healthcare management.
