Anita Patoluoto

Anita Patoluoto is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within Finnish governmental organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at the Ministry of Education & Culture since June 2023, Anita previously held similar positions at Valvira and the National Archives of Finland, showcasing expertise in personnel planning, recruitment, and HR development. With a strong foundation established as a Senior HR Specialist at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health, Anita's career includes significant contributions to HR policy development and project management, particularly in the Kieku project aimed at enhancing government financial and HR administration processes. Anita holds a Master of Science in Management and Business Law from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu, earned between 2004 and 2008.
