Piia Immonen-Seuguenot

Piia Immonen-Seuguenot is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international relations, culture, and communications. Currently serving as a Senior Ministerial Adviser at the Ministry of Education & Culture since June 2023, Piia previously held the position of Special Advisor at the Permanent Delegation of Finland to the OECD and UNESCO from August 2015 to June 2023, where responsibilities included representing Finland in UNESCO meetings and drafting various policy documents. Earlier career roles include Foreign Correspondent for Kauppalehti, Communications Manager at Soft2You, and a Project Coordinator at IBM, along with internships at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland and the European Parliament. Piia holds a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Tampere and a Master's degree in Political Sciences from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, alongside additional advanced studies at ENA - Ecole nationale d'administration.
