Olga Lappi

Olga Lappi has extensive experience in educational program development and language instruction, currently serving as a Programme Specialist and Senior Advisor at Opetushallitus - Utbildningsstyrelsen - Finnish National Agency for Education since 2016. Prior to this role, Olga worked as a Project Coordinator for the "Equity in Basic Education" project at the City of Kerava from 2013 to 2016. Becoming a Freelance Translator between 2010 and 2012, Olga specialized in technical translations from English to Finnish. Additional teaching roles include serving as a Finnish teacher at NIST International School and Bangkok Finnish School, and as a Language Teacher at Omnia, focusing on English for students in hospitality and related fields. Earlier positions include Planning Coordinator for Languages at Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences and multiple advisory and planning roles at Opetushallitus from 2005 to 2008.
