Riia Palmqvist

Riia Palmqvist is a highly experienced education professional with a robust background in teaching and counseling. Since August 2017, Riia has served as a Counsellor of Education at Opetushallitus - Utbildningsstyrelsen - Finnish National Agency for Education.
