Chris Rangnow is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and consulting. Currently serving as a PC Support Engineer and previously as a PC Support Specialist at OPEX Corporation since April 2021, Chris has developed expertise in addressing technical issues. Prior roles include Lead Technical Consultant and Repair Technician at Asurion from June 2017 to April 2021, as well as Solutions Manager at Verizon Wireless from August 2002 to November 2016. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and an Associate of Science degree in Software Application Development, both from Rasmussen University, and is a graduate of Maple Shade High School.
