Paul Gallon

Paul Gallon has a diverse work experience in the field of IT infrastructure. Paul worked at Opia Limited from 2017 onwards, initially as a DevOps Engineer and later as the Head of Infrastructure. In these roles, they managed Opia's cloud hosting platform, automated processes using Ansible and Python, and implemented monitoring solutions. Prior to this, Paul worked at livin Housing from 2009 to 2017, where they held the position of ICT Infrastructure Support. Their responsibilities included managing virtual server and desktop infrastructure, network infrastructure, and IT procurement. Additionally, they were responsible for managing contracts and various IT systems. Paul's career in IT began at Durham County Council as an ICT Systems Assistant from 2008 to 2009.

Paul Gallon attended Teesside University from 2012 to 2014, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) degree in Computing.
