Jana Tikalova

20 years ago, I started spreading awareness and education in the Czech Republic on diversity, inclusion and human rights. I founded OPIM at university, I studied anthropology in the Charles University. For several years, I focused more on foreign cooperation.

I have experience with senior positions in HR and training in travel retail and automotive. As a teacher, I encourage people to change their minds, and as a consultant, I help harness the potential of diversity in the organization and strategically create a healthy inclusive culture.

I am a visionary and a well of ideas, open to new things and challenges. At OPIM, I lead the team and take care of B2B partners. I am a co-founder and board member of D&I Shapers, founded by OPIM.
