Martin Pascoe

Martin Pascoe has a diverse work experience in sales and management roles. Martin is currently working as the Director of Sales at OPITZ CONSULTING Deutschland GmbH since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Manager of Sales at the same company from April 2020 to February 2023. Before joining OPITZ CONSULTING, they worked as a Senior Account Manager at Xantaro from March 2016 to April 2020. Martin also has experience as a Manager at Michael Page from July 2014 to February 2016. Additionally, they worked at QUEST Softwaredienstleistung GmbH as a Key Account Manager and Sales Team Leader from May 2011 to June 2014, and as an Account Manager from January 2009 to April 2011. Martin started their career as a Niederlassungsleiter at Neusehland Hartmann GmbH & Co. KG from January 2004 to December 2008.

Additionally, they hold various certifications, including one in "Ausbildung zum Vergabemanager" (Procurement Manager Training) from Bitkom, earned in October 2022. In the same year, they also completed a "Change Facilitator Qualifizierung" (Change Facilitator Training) from Institut Dr. Sonja Deutschmann GmbH - ISD. Furthermore, they have obtained certifications in "Hörgeräteakustikermeister" and "Augenoptikernmeister" from Mannheim and Koblenz, respectively. In 2002, Martin Pascoe passed the "Arbeitspädagogische Prüfung nach Ausbilder-Eignungsverordnung" (Work Pedagogy Examination according to the Trainer Aptitude Ordinance) and the "Wirtschaftliche und rechtliche Prüfung" (Economic and Legal Examination), both from the Handwerkskammer in Koblenz.
