Emmanuel Pankar

Emmanuel PANKAR is an experienced leader in environmental management and waste treatment, currently serving as the Regional Director for Normandy at OPPBTP since February 2020, focusing on improving risk prevention in the construction industry. Prior roles include Project Manager at Greenresearch, where efforts were made to convert waste into green energy, and Territorial Developer at Groupe Caisse des Dépôts, specializing in urban center revitalization. Emmanuel has over a decade with Veolia, holding various positions including Operational Director in Orne and Manche, overseeing significant waste management operations and budgets. With a solid academic foundation in environmental engineering and management, Emmanuel has also contributed to education as an adjunct lecturer at Université de Caen Normandie.
