Todd Schwartz

Todd Schwartz is the Executive Chairman and Founder at OppFi, a position they have held since December 2010. Prior to this, they were the President at Beach Coast Properties from January 2007 to December 2010. Todd has also held positions at Strand Equity Partners and OppFi.

Todd Schwartz has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Todd has been involved in all aspects of real estate, including investment, development, construction, management, and financing. Their experience spans across multiple asset types, including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and hospitality.

Todd Schwartz is a graduate of the University of Southern California and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Todd Schwartz attended Tulane University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in finance.
