Simon Lynch has extensive work experience in the field of community development and microfinance. In 1988, they worked at Qantas as a Business Development Services Manager until 1996. From 1997 to 2008, they held the position of Asia Regional Director and CEO of Opportunity Timor Leste at Opportunity International Network, where they coordinated the work in Asia and managed a team of 45 staff in East Timor.
