Andrea Zugno

Andrea Zugno is a Chartered Accountant & Registered Auditor from Italy, with extensive knowledge of the Italian real estate and financial market. Andrea began their professional career in 2006 as a correspondent with a law firm in Denver, Colorado.

In 2010, Andrea worked as a Special Attorney for both Barclays and Unicredit S.p.A., where they specialized in private mortgages. From 2011 to 2012, they also served as an external juridical consultant for Unicredit.

In 2014, Andrea transitioned into business development roles. Andrea became a Business Development Manager for Opportunity Network, an online platform facilitating partnerships and business opportunities. Andrea also worked as a Country Manager for A.S. Advisory, providing IT consultation services.

In 2016, Andrea pursued their passion for innovation and entrepreneurship as a Startupper, focusing on creating sustainable and scalable businesses. Andrea actively participated in incubation programs, industry communities, and dedicated clubs to stay updated on the latest trends and innovations.

In 2020, Andrea took on the role of Finance & Administration Manager for Brill Steel Motorsport, an Italian brand specializing in modifying luxury cars and supercars. Andrea also founded EV Garage S.r.l., a startup focused on converting traditional combustion engine cars into electric vehicles with zero environmental impact.

In 2021, Andrea briefly served as a Temporary CFO for Bovo S.r.l., a leading artisan company in the production of ice cream machines.

Most recently, in 2022, Andrea became the CFO of IMPERIVM FOUNDATION, a massively multiplayer online (MMO) fantasy strategy game based on blockchain technology.

Throughout their career, Andrea has demonstrated their expertise in finance, business development, innovation, and management.

Andrea Zugno has a diverse education history. Andrea completed their Laurea in Economia e Commercio (Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics) from Università di Trento from 1993 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained their Diploma di Maturità Tecnica di "Ragioniere e Perito Commerciale" (Diploma in Business/Managerial Economics) from Istituti Paritari Filippin from 1987 to 1993.

In addition to their degrees, Andrea has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2004, they became a Dottore Commercialista (Certified Public Accountant) from Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili di Treviso. In 2005, they obtained the certification of Revisore Legale (Legal Auditor) from the Ministry of Economy and Finance in Italy. Finally, in 2018, they completed the Master di specializzazione per responsabili della protezione dei dati personali – Privacy Officer – Data Security Officer (Specialization Master for Personal Data Protection Officers - Privacy Officer - Data Security Officer) from Unindustria Servizi & Formazione Treviso Pordenone.
