Steve Chartrand

Steve Chartrand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and community advocacy. As the Chief Operating Officer of Opportunity Village since July 2017, Steve has been instrumental in organizational management. In addition, Steve serves as a Community Advocate in an independent capacity since 2017. Previously, Steve held the position of President and CEO at Goodwill of Southern Nevada from July 1996 to May 2017. Steve holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Tennessee State University, completed between 1989 and 1993, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Vocational Rehabilitation from The University of Memphis, earned between 1977 and 1981.
