Blair Corcoran De Castillo

Blair Corcoran de Castillo serves as Vice President of STARs Policy at Opportunity@Work, focusing on enhancing economic mobility for STARs—workers Skilled Through Alternative Routes. Previous roles at Opportunity@Work include Senior Director and Director within the STARs Innovation team, dedicated to developing solutions for a more inclusive labor market. Blair also holds an Adjunct Professor position at Maryland Institute College of Art, teaching advanced studio courses in design leadership.
