Henry Bartholomay

Henry Bartholomay is a seasoned policy professional with extensive experience in fostering inclusive and diverse workforces, particularly in the Bay Area. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Policy at Opportunity@Work since October 2022, Henry previously held various titles including Policy Director and Senior Policy Manager at the Bay Area Council from March 2018 to October 2022. This role focused on connecting community colleges with major employers to create well-paid opportunities for diverse talent. Earlier roles include intern consulting for Bay Area Rapid Transit, operating tours at Painted Ladies Tour Company and Glacier National Park Lodges, and providing educational support as an ACT instructor. Henry holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy and Spanish from Fordham University, with a minor in International Humanitarian Affairs.
