Kelsey Wu

Kelsey Wu is an experienced leader in market development and business partnerships, currently serving as the Director of Market Development at Opportunity@Work since August 2021. In this role, Kelsey leads business development initiatives across the United States to connect employers with workers Skilled Through Alternative Routes (STARs). Previously, Kelsey worked as a Regional Partnerships Manager, managing sales cycles and establishing partnerships with talent developers. Prior experience includes serving as Business Partnerships Manager at New Door Ventures, where Kelsey increased partnerships significantly and coached employers on best practices for inclusive workplaces. Kelsey has also held roles in academia and program management, including Adjunct Professor at Gordon College and Director of Finance and Administration at Old Skool Cafe, demonstrating a strong commitment to social work and community development. Kelsey holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree from Gordon College.
