Lashana Lewis

LaShana Lewis is a seasoned professional in DEI, technology, and nonprofit consulting, serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of L. M. Lewis Consulting since April 2018. In this role, LaShana manages IT operations and develops accountability metrics that enhance client engagement. Additionally, LaShana chairs the STARs Advisory Council at Opportunity@Work, focusing on economic recovery for individuals skilled through alternative routes. With a robust background in technology leadership, having served as Chief Technology Officer for multiple companies, LaShana also gained valuable experience as a VC Apprentice with Backstage Capital and worked as a STEM Reporter for The St. Louis American. Previous roles include significant positions at Mastercard and Webster University, showcasing expertise in IT support and system management. LaShana holds an Honor Certificate in Computer Science and has furthered education through various programs, including LaunchCode and HarvardX.
