Linkous Sharp

Linkous Sharp has seven years of work experience, beginning in 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Network Operations for the State of Tennessee. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Software Engineer at HPA, A Cognizant Company. In 2017, they moved to Atiba, where they held the same position. In 2019, they became a Freelance Software Engineer. In 2021, they joined Opsani as a Software Engineer, and they are currently employed as a Software Engineer at Cisco, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to 2012, they were a Level 1 Tech at the James Walker Library at MTSU, where their duties included checking out laptops for students and refilling paper trays and fixing jams.

Linkous Sharp has an ongoing Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) which they began in 2013 and is still in progress. Linkous previously obtained an AAS Computer Networking Technologies from Nashville State Community College in 2011-2013. Linkous has also obtained certifications from Kumulus Technologies and Coursera including Kubernetes Basics- A Starter Kit for Cloud Computing, Security in Google Cloud Platform Specialization, and Getting Started with Google Kubernetes Engine in 2019.
