Bianca H. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and business management. Currently serving as an Ambassador at OpsTalent since February 2023, Bianca promotes a client-first culture and exceptional service standards. As a Co-Founder of Optima Clinic - Centrum Medyczne since September 2020, Bianca also leads as a Headpiece Designer at Bianca Horne Crowns, crafting bespoke headpieces since February 2016.
