Jason Richard has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jason currently works at OPSWAT as the Creative Director of OPSWAT Studios. Prior to this, they held the position of Brand Lead, OT at the same company. Jason also served as the Executive Creative Director at OPSWAT.
Before joining OPSWAT, Jason worked at Doculife Global Inc. as the Design Director. In this role, they led the experience design, brand, and marketing efforts for the company's SaaS business. Jason designed the product UX and UI across all screens and managed a decentralized global team to ensure a positive customer experience.
Jason also has experience working as a freelance Creative Director, Art Director, and UI/UX designer for various clients. Some notable projects include branding and redesigning mobile apps for Telenor Pakistan and Askari Bank, and overseeing the rebranding of the second-largest dental chain for SmileBrands.
Earlier in their career, Jason held the position of Creative Director, Digital at Collier.Simon. Jason worked on projects for NFL, Smile Brands, Quickbooks, and Mint.com, among others. Jason also played a key role in reimagining and relaunching SmileBrands, a prominent dental chain.
Prior to that, Jason worked as a Creative Director, Digital at Dailey, where they worked on projects for Honda Powersports and Aspen Dental. Jason was responsible for overseeing the idea development lifecycle, art directing product TV and photoshoots, and mentoring team members.
Jason's earlier experience includes working as a Creative Director and Art Director at Vimation, an interactive video startup, where they developed industry-leading UI and created the company's brand image. Jason also worked as a Designer at Campbell Mithun and as a Digital Art Director at Pappas MacDonnell, where they designed and maintained websites and multimedia presentations.
Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated expertise in UX/UI design, brand development, and leading creative teams.
Jason Richard attended Roger Williams University from 1990 to 1991, where they studied Architecture. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Connecticut from 1991 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design.
