Matthieu has over 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Ruby on Rails. Matthieu has expertise in designing and maintaining APIs, roadmap planning, feature reviews, code reviews, debugging, and fixing code. Matthieu is also experienced in people management, including performance reviews, regular 1-1s with team members, and hiring (interviews with candidates, onboardings, probationary periods, etc).

At Optable, Matthieu is responsible for leading a team of 6-8 developers. Their previous experience includes working on three different Rails applications in the Healthcare industry at SEMi Medical Solutions. Matthieu also has experience in single-tenant applications, distributed on premise, deployed manually (due to security constraints), monitored using an internally developed tool to track each instance deployed version + basic health check.

Matthieu Beauché has a Master's degree in Information Technology from SUPINFO and a Baccalauréat scientifique in Engineer Science (electronical and mechanical) from Lycée Jacques-Prévert (France).
