Joshua Cramm

Joshua Cramm is a seasoned Network Engineer with extensive experience in network support and management. Currently at Optanix since January 2016, Joshua supports a diverse client base through 3rd tier incident response, specializing in routing, switching, security, wireless, WAN optimization, load balancing, and data center technologies. Prior to Optanix, Joshua served at Long View Systems from October 2013 to December 2015 as a Tier 3 Systems Consultant, providing support for a broad range of clients and mentoring junior team members. Earlier experience includes a role at AT&T Global Services from June 2012 to October 2013, where Joshua focused on network incident management and served as a Desk Focal. Joshua holds a Diploma in Information Technology & Network Systems from SAIT Polytechnic, earned in 2012.
