Rob Baird

Rob Baird is a seasoned professional in the appraisal field, currently serving as the Southeast Regional Manager at Opteon USA since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Appraiser at Valucentric from February 2018 to September 2021, and an Associate Appraiser at Franklin Street from August 2016 to February 2018. Rob Baird also held the position of Senior Appraiser at Dennis Noto & Associates for over 14 years, from April 2002 to August 2016. Rob Baird holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.
