Junior Lima is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in application management and CRM/Salesforce solutions. Currently serving as the Global Application Manager at Optibus since March 2023, Junior is responsible for identifying and assessing application needs in collaboration with business stakeholders. Prior to this role, Junior held the position of CRM/Salesforce Manager at InstaFreight, focusing on proposing solutions and providing administrative support for CRM platforms.
