Emery Bowser

Emery Bowser is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Corporate Executive Chef at Optical Air Data Systems, LLC since September 2022, Emery has held key positions including Executive Chef at Piedmont Golf Club and Executive Sous Chef at Skyland Lodge. Previous roles encompass positions such as Sous Chef at International Town and Country Club, Chef at Wegmans Food Markets, and several Club Chef and Sous Chef positions across multiple country clubs. Emery holds a certificate in Food and Beverage Operations from the Art Institutes, earned between 2016 and 2017.
