Mikael Palm

Mikael Palm has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Mikael is currently serving as an Enterprise and Business Architect at Opticos. Prior to this, they worked for CGI as a Director Consulting Expert for a period of ten years. Mikael also had a brief stint at Logica as a System Developer, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics AX, .NET, and SharePoint. Mikael worked as an Applikationskonsult at both ÅF and Proplate AB before becoming the CEO of Promagus Marknadspartner AB. In addition, Mikael served as the Marketing Director at Hög-Data AB and gained experience in WAP technology at Ericsson Infotech. Their early career involved working as a SystemAdmin and IT Consultant at Studentkåren, Karlstad Universitet.

Mikael Palm has a diverse education history. In 1995, they attended Karlstad University and obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science degree in Computer Science, which they completed in 1999. Before that, in 1980, Mikael Palm attended Putnam City West high school, although they did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study there. Prior to that, from 1977 to 1979, they attended Rudsskolan and studied Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Mikael Palm has also obtained various certifications. In June 2019, they obtained the "Certifierad Enterprise Architect" certification from Dataföreningen i Sverige. In April 2019, they acquired the "Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist" certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Furthermore, in October 2017, they achieved the "ITIL Foundation Level" certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Mikael Palm also holds several Microsoft certifications, including "MCP – Microsoft Sales Specialist, Application Integration" (obtained in 2014 and 2012), "MCP – Microsoft Sales Specialist, Portals, Collaboration and Content Management" (obtained in 2014), "MCP – Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0 Development Introduction" (obtained in 2008), and "MCP – Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0 Trade & Logistics" (obtained in 2008).

Furthermore, Mikael Palm has obtained certifications related to Navision, including "Navision CRM and Project planner" (obtained in 2003), "Navision Attain Essentials" (obtained in 2002), and two certifications for "Navision Attain General" (obtained in 2002).
