Don Cook

Don Cook has over 20 years of experience in IT operations and support, currently serving as the Associate Manager of IT Operations at OpticsPlanet, Inc. since November 2015. Previous roles include System Administrator positions at Regional Recovery Services, Inc. and Credit Bureau USA, INC., where responsibilities included providing technical support, managing hardware and software, and training new hires. Early career experience as a PC Technician at Pro-net Computers involved customer service, hardware repairs, and software installations. Don Cook holds an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology from Ivy Tech Community College, completed in 2015.
