Sang L. is a seasoned People and Culture Leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving at Optilogic Inc. since November 2024, Sang previously held positions at Magna International and SkySpecs, where roles included Chief People Officer and Director of People and Culture. Notably, Sang contributed to Vroom's growth as one of the earliest employees in Detroit, with a vision to expand the team significantly. Earlier experience includes a Global Talent Acquisition Manager role at LLamasoft, leading international recruitment strategies, and various talent acquisition positions at companies such as JR Automation and IMPACT Management Services.
