👨💻 Daniel Bartholomae

Daniel Bartholomae has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. 👨‍💻 Daniel is currently working at optilyz as the CTO and Managing Director, where they are responsible for driving growth and improving strategy, organization, and product development. 👨‍💻 Daniel has successfully built the product and engineering team, prioritized customer needs, introduced transparency through demo sessions, and implemented cross-functional teams. In addition, Daniel has also worked as a Mentor at APX and Mentoring Club, a Senior Software Architect at CANDIS.io, and the Founder of Componently, where they built a JAMStack marketplace for web application features. Prior to that, they were a Cohort Member at Entrepreneur First, the Co-Founder & CTO of MieterEngel, and the CEO of WappForge. 👨‍💻 Daniel also gained valuable experience as a Project Manager and Consultant at McKinsey & Company, specializing in innovation strategy and program management. Prior to their corporate career, they served as the Executive Managing Director at an individual academic consulting company. Throughout their roles, Daniel has demonstrated expertise in various technologies such as React, TypeScript, Python, NodeJS, Kubernetes, AWS, and Scrum.

Daniel Bartholomae received their education from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, starting in 2005 and completing in 2010. During this time, they pursued two degrees: a Master of Science with honors in Physics and a Diplom in Mathematics.
