Milan Petrović

Milan Petrović has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Milan started their career in 2013 as a Maintenance Engineer in the Serbian Air Force, where they worked until 2019. During this time, they gained expertise in maintenance and engineering. In 2013, they also served as a Manager in the telecommunication department at the Technical Institute "TRZ Cacak".

In 2018, Milan transitioned to the education sector, where they worked as a Teacher at a specialized military aircraft school in the Military High School. Milan also served as a Teaching Assistant at the Military Academy Belgrade.

In 2019, Milan joined ICL Services as a Linux and DevOps Engineer, where they worked until 2020. In this role, they demonstrated their skills and knowledge in Linux systems and DevOps practices.

Afterwards, Milan joined TeleTrader in 2020 as a Linux System Engineer. Milan successfully fulfilled this role until 2021, contributing their expertise in Linux systems administration.

Most recently, Milan joined Optima Apps in 2021 as a DevOps Engineer, showcasing their dedication to further developing their skills in this field.

Milan Petrović obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Telecommunications from Faculty of transport and traffic engineering, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Milan further pursued their education and earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Telecommunications traffic and networks from the same institution, studying from 2010 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Milan Petrović has obtained several certifications. Milan completed the Ansible Essential Training and Learning Ansible courses at LinkedIn in July 2019 and June 2019, respectively. Milan also holds the Certified Kubernetes Administrator - CKA certification from The Linux Foundation, obtained in May 2023. Milan Petrović is a Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) since September 2020 and a Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) since January 2020. Furthermore, they completed the Nginx and the LEMP stack course at Linux Academy in April 2017 and the SQL primer course, also at Linux Academy, in May 2017.
