Jason Upright

Jason Upright is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in managing company culture and employee engagement. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Optimal Home Care, Inc. since August 2018, Jason has successfully improved employee retention, revamped onboarding processes, and administered professional development training. Prior to this role, Jason was General Manager at SCS, Inc. and Workforce Staffing, Inc., where operations and sales for two independent companies were managed simultaneously, resulting in sustained growth and improved profitability. Jason's background also includes service in the U.S. Navy, where roles included Diver, Submariner, and Quartermaster, along with experience in Explosives Ordnance Disposal. Jason is an alumnus of Metropolitan State University of Denver.
