Saeid Ali

Saeid Ali is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system administration and remote support. Currently serving as a Remote Support Specialist at Optimal Networks, Inc. since March 2021, Saeid previously held the position of System Administrator at Ansa Mcal Ltd from October 2012 to February 2021, where responsibilities included providing strategic insights for system development and coordinating the implementation of desktop systems. Prior experience also includes IT support at Trinidad Express Newspapers from 2007 to 2012. Saeid holds an EC-Council degree from the Computer Forensics and Security Institute, obtained between 2010 and 2013, and a BSc in Business Information Technology from SBCS, earned from 2007 to 2010.
