Isabel Yates is a seasoned recruitment specialist with extensive experience in human resources and project recruiting. Currently employed at Optimate since February 2022, Isabel focuses on creating high-quality job opportunities for talented English-speaking individuals from countries in crisis, such as Venezuela, Zimbabwe, and Haiti, by connecting them with entrepreneurs and businesses globally. Prior to this, Isabel held positions at DXC Technology as a Human Resources Specialist, Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Project Recruiter, and Booz Allen Hamilton as a Retail Specialist. Isabel holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned from August 2007 to February 2011.
