Kjetil Andre Dalheim

Kjetil Andre Dalheim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management within various industries. Currently serving as COO at Optime Subsea since April 2022, Kjetil has previously held positions including Project Manager at Semcon and Landing String Portfolio Manager at TechnipFMC. Prior roles also include Product Project Manager at FMC Technologies and Branch Manager at both Nordea and Sparebank 1 Kongsberg. Kjetil began the career as a Private Customer Adviser at Storebrand/Centro Finans & Forsikring and started in retail as a Seller at Elkjøp. Kjetil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from BI Norwegian Business School and another Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Leadership, and Marketing from HIBU.
