Kiryl Bartashevich has had extensive work experience in software engineering roles. Kiryl started their career in 2013 as a Manager at Private sales company "Holdon", overseeing the operation and function of their assigned area. In 2015, they joined Softeq Development as an Intern Fullstack Developer, where they collaborated with product and UX teams to build industry-leading digital experiences and integrated 3rd party APIs into existing applications. In 2018, they joined CareCloud as a Software Engineer, specializing in developing GraphQL APIs and designing and configuring BPM models for workflow solutions. Kiryl then moved to Kipu Health in 2020, where they worked as a Software Engineer and focused on building responsive user interfaces and components using various technologies such as Vue, React, Redux, and CSS-in-JS, as well as leveraging programming languages like Python, SQL, and Ruby for building scalable microservices. Most recently, in 2022, Kiryl joined Optimize Health as a Software Engineer, where they built microservices and command line tools using Golang and implemented the hexagonal architecture to achieve a modular and scalable design. Kiryl also contributed to the development of the company's technical strategy and oversaw the implementation of frameworks, services, and tools to expand their reach to more organizations.

Kiryl Bartashevich completed their education at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering.
