Anabella Weiss is an undergraduate researcher at the University of Michigan, focusing on transracial Asian American adoptees and familial racial socialization since January 2023. In addition to independent research, Anabella holds multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Psi Chi and Group Leader for the Wolverine Support Network, where efforts are made to foster community and support for students. Experience includes working as an Accessibility & Inclusion Leader with optiMize, where Anabella promotes Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and serving as a Youth Council Leader for the Mental Health Association in Michigan, advocating for youth mental health policy. With a solid foundation in psychology from the University of Michigan, Anabella has also interned in various roles, enhancing awareness around issues such as mental health and social entrepreneurship.
