Angela Drake

Angela Drake is a Senior UX Researcher at Optimizely since April 2022, bringing extensive experience in customer experience research from previous roles. At H&R Block, Angela served as the Lead Customer Experience Researcher for Digital Products, collaborating with a digital-focused team to enhance tax preparation experiences. Prior to that, Angela was the AVP of Surveillance Standardization at Synchrony Financial, where responsibilities included developing and implementing surveillance standards. Angela's career began at Service Management Group, progressing from Research Analyst to Senior Research Analyst, and ultimately to Research Manager, providing expertise in research methodologies and client support. Angela holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Wichita State University.
